Our 60-day guarantee covers WellRinse shower heads, including used or installed shower heads. Request a return within 60 days of delivery. Customers pay applicable return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or destroyed, or consumer law requires otherwise. Replacement filters are not eligible for change-of-mind returns, refunds or exchanges. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected. Read the return policy and contact support before sending an item back.

Processed replacement-filter orders are not eligible for change-of-mind refunds. Manage or cancel future deliveries before the next scheduled charge. This does not affect remedies required by law or the 60-day guarantee on an eligible shower head.
