At WellRinse, we want you to feel confident about your order. If something is wrong with your purchase, contact us and we will do our best to make it right.

30-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, uninstalled, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

To start a return, email us at contact@wellrinse.com with your order number and the email address used at checkout. Please do not send any items back until your return has been approved.

Items Not Eligible for Return

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

- Used or installed shower filters
- Opened or used replacement cartridges
- Items exposed to water
- Items without original packaging
- Items damaged after delivery
- Final sale items, if marked final sale at checkout
- Subscription payments that have already been processed

Subscriptions

Subscription payments are non-refundable once the payment has been processed.

You may pause or cancel your subscription at any time through the subscription management area in your account. Pausing or canceling a subscription will stop future subscription charges, but it will not refund any payment that has already been processed.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us at contact@wellrinse.com within 7 days of delivery.

Include your order number and clear photos or videos of the issue. If approved, we will offer a replacement, exchange, or refund.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your approved return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Exchanges

If you need an exchange, contact us at contact@wellrinse.com. The fastest option may be to return the eligible item and place a new order once the return is approved.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at contact@wellrinse.com. If your order has not been processed or shipped yet, we may be able to cancel it.

If the order has already shipped, it will need to follow our standard return process.

Shipping Delays or Lost Packages

If your order is delayed, lost, or has not arrived, contact us at contact@wellrinse.com so we can help investigate with the carrier.
